1. 服務性質
Aldone 提供 AI 員工服務：由 AI 系統執行、Aldone 團隊監督嘅業務自動化服務（例如 WhatsApp 客服、行政助理、銷售跟單）。AI 員工根據你提供嘅資料運作；輸出內容建議你保持適度覆核，特別係對外發佈嘅內容。
2. 收費
- 月費制，按你揀嘅組合收費（A：HK$1,000/月；AA：HK$6,000/月；AAA：按報價）。年繳客戶按年繳優惠價收費。
- $0 setup fee。冇隱藏收費。
- 對話量超過組合上限，我哋會預先通知你，服務唔會中斷。
3. 取消
- 月繳：隨時取消，下一個帳單週期生效。已收月費不設退款。
- 30 日換人保證：由服務開始日起計 30 日內，可免費更換 AI 員工或轉換工種一次；此保證唔等同退款保證。
4. 你嘅責任
- 提供準確嘅公司資料同 FAQ
- 確保你有權將客戶資料交俾我哋處理（例如你嘅 WhatsApp 客戶對話）
- 唔用服務做違法嘢
5. 責任上限
我哋會盡力令服務準確可靠，但 AI 系統唔係零錯誤。喺法律容許嘅最大範圍內，我哋對任何損失嘅總責任，以你喺事件發生前 3 個月支付俾我哋嘅費用總額為上限。我哋唔負責間接或後果性損失（例如生意損失）。
6. 適用法律
呢啲條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，任何爭議由香港法院處理。
7. 營運實體
Aldone 由 Digital Know How Limited（香港註冊公司）營運。於過渡期內，付款經 Stripe 由我哋嘅聯屬公司 Skin Nods Limited（香港註冊公司）代收，你嘅月結單可能顯示「Skin Nods」字樣。你嘅服務合約、資料責任及本條款均由 Digital Know How Limited 承擔。Aldone 專屬收款實體設立後，我哋會更新本條款。

1. Nature of service
Aldone provides AI employee services: business automation performed by AI systems and supervised by the Aldone team (e.g. WhatsApp customer service, admin assistance, sales follow-up). AI employees operate on information you provide; we recommend reviewing outputs before external publication.
2. Fees
- Monthly subscription per your chosen plan (A: HK$1,000/mo; AA: HK$6,000/mo; AAA: by quotation). Annual plans billed at the annual discount rate.
- $0 setup fee. No hidden charges.
- If you exceed your plan's conversation quota, we notify you in advance; service is never cut off without notice.
3. Cancellation
- Monthly plans: cancel anytime, effective next billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
- 30-day switch guarantee: within 30 days of service start, you may swap the AI employee or change its role once, free of charge. This guarantee is not a refund guarantee.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate company information and FAQs
- Ensure you have the right to share customer data with us for processing (e.g. your WhatsApp customer conversations)
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes
5. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the service accurate and reliable, but AI systems are not error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any loss is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of business).
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
7. Operating entity
Aldone is operated by Digital Know How Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. During a transitional period, payments are collected via Stripe by our affiliate Skin Nods Limited (incorporated in Hong Kong); your card statement may show "Skin Nods". Your service contract, data responsibilities and these terms remain with Digital Know How Limited. We will update these terms once Aldone's dedicated billing entity is in place.
